As such, we are proud to be a New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) Registered Developer.
The NHQB’s New Homes Quality Code sets out mandatory requirements that registered developers must comply with in their marketing and selling of new homes and their after-sales customer service for no less than two years post-purchase. What does this mean for our customers?
- When selling a new home, we will be fair and complete in the information we provide about your house purchase.
- We will not mis-sell, employ high-pressure sales tactics or provide misleading information.
- All of our homes will comply with building safety and other regulatory requirements.
- We will always aim to hand over homes that are free from snags or defects and, if they do occur, we will resolve them within the agreed timescales.
- We will provide continuing after-sales service and a complaints resolution process for no less than two years, in line with the requirements and expectations of the Consumer Code.
- The complaints process and escalation to the New Homes Ombudsman Service is available for two years from the date of reservation or legal completion, whichever is later.
- Any of our customers with a dispute may refer their complaint to the New Homes Ombudsman Service.
