Guarantees
This Land™ are responsible for your new home (in line with the terms and conditions set out in the Home Buyer Guide) for a period of two years. This is usually referred to as the builder warranty. Our Customer Care team are there to support you through the initial two year period. Thereafter, the warranty provider will be responsible for any structural defects for a further 8 years thereby giving you total peace of mind for a period of 10 years.
This three to ten year warranty is usually referred to as the structural insurance period. During this time, the warranty provider will pay the cost or carry out remedial works for issues covered by your policy which will usually include items such as foundations, walls and cladding, roofs, flues and chimneys, ceilings and load bearing parts of the floor and glazing in outside windows and doors.

Who are LABC Warranty?
LABC Warranty has been providing warranty cover for over 10 years, working with some of the largest housebuilders and commercial contractors in the country. All of their policies are underwritten by ‘A’ rated global insurers, ensuring homebuyers are protected for the duration of the policy.

NHBC
Who are NHBC?
NHBC is the UK’s leading independent provider of warranty and insurance for new homes in the UK. Our purpose is to build confidence in the construction quality of new homes by assessing, inspecting and directly insuring new homes registered with us. NHBC’s ten-year Buildmark warranty covers around 70 – 80 per cent of new homes built in the UK and is currently protecting around 1.5 million homes.
