Housebuilder, This Land™ hosted an incredibly successful ‘Hard Hat Day’ at their Spiregrass Square development, a new high-quality, energy-efficient housing scheme in the village of Over, Cambridgeshire.
This Land offered potential purchasers an exciting opportunity to visit the site and explore the Marram Townhouse under construction. Visitors were allocated time slots where they donned hard hats, boots and high-vis vests while accompanied by the Home Buying Executive to tour the three storey property.
The Marram Townhouse is part of the Spiregrass Square development, in an idyllic village location situated close to the River Great Ouse, made up of a range of two, three and four-bedroom homes. The Marram itself is a three-storey property, providing the ideal space for families with teenagers, as it offers parents a floor of their own. On the top floor, the Marram comprises of a double bedroom, with an en suite bathroom and a separate dressing area. On the first floor, there is a family bathroom, along with one double bedroom and one single bedroom. The ground floor provides a comfortable lounge and a kitchen diner with patio doors that open up into the garden.
