This Land™, a provider of premier homes in Cambridgeshire, has secured National House Building Council (NHBC) accreditation, the UK’s leading standard-setting body and provider of warranty and insurance for new homes.
As an NHBC registered developer, This Land will continue to offer its customers Buildmark warranty and insurance cover on all new homes it builds. Homebuyers can therefore be confident that they are in safe hands, with This Land delivering the highest possible new home standards for the benefit of people living in them.
Commenting on the announcement, David Lewis CEO, This Land said: “This NHBC accreditation is fantastic news for both us and our customers. As we strive to be a leading developer in the region, we are committed to building design-led homes of exceptional quality and to the highest levels of sustainability. We are delighted to have gained NHBC accreditation which is recognised by homeowners, trusted by all major mortgage lenders and provides confidence in the quality of our construction.”
This Land has a number of exciting schemes across the region, including projects in Over and Burwell in Cambridge, as well as a large number in the pipeline as part of This Land’s long term development strategy. Thirty six percent of homes, which have consent or are in the process of being delivered, will be affordable homes.
This Land is committed to building sustainable and good quality housing that respects the existing heritage and landscape of the areas in which they are located. We are also focused on the creation of community spaces and amenities, alongside infrastructure.
