This Land’s delivery of community engagement events has earned the developer a nomination for an acclaimed industry accolade.
The company, which provides premier properties for Cambridgeshire and eastern counties of England, has been announced as a finalist in this year’s Construction Marketing Awards.
The awards recognise marketing excellence across the built environment, with This Land being shortlisted in its Best Stakeholder / Internal Communications category. The company is being praised for its strategic approach to community engagement events which have enabled local communities to share their thoughts and opinions in turn influencing planning applications.
Brenda Kibblewhite, Head of Sales and Marketing at This Land, said: “We are delighted to be finalists in this category. Our unique approach in identifying and engaging with stakeholders at the pre-planning stage; the creation of collateral that is accessible to all; a communication plan that uses multiple channels to reach as many stakeholders as possible, and a method that allows stakeholders to be listened to and provide feedback, has ensured that our developments have a positive impact on the individuals who move into them and the communities they become a part of.
“We look forward to finding out if we have been successful once again following last year’s win of ‘Best Use of Research and Insights’ award, which we were of course delighted with.”
The winners will be announced at a gala presentation dinner in London on December 1st.
