Laura is a dynamic, efficient, and process-driven leader who relishes the structure and tangible results a career in finance offers. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in the financial sector, having previously worked for a wealth of local and international companies of varying sizes.
The new role is an industry change for Laura, which has allowed her to enter the role with a fresh perspective and provide invaluable insight from an outsider’s viewpoint. She was drawn to her new role with This Land due to its community-centred approach to housebuilding and has since been extremely impressed with the quality of talent within the team and the work taking place at This Land.
