Developer, This Land™, has appointed Wendy Colgrave as a Non-Executive Director (NED). Her appointment is part of the continued structured growth of the company and will include the role of chairing This Land’s Audit and Risk Committee.
Wendy is a commercially proven Chief Financial Officer with broad strategic and financial leadership skills. She has over 30 years’ of experience in housebuilding largely gained at national housebuilder Countryside Properties Plc. Wendy was previously Independent Non-Executive Director for Orbit Homes Limited. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with global accountancy consultant PKF and has held a number of other senior positions within the property sector.
