Cambridgeshire based housing developer, This Land, has appointed Fabrick to manage its PR and media relations along with providing strategic support for community engagement matters.
Formed two years ago by Cambridgeshire County Council, This Land aims to create beautifully designed and constructed homes. With a focus on modern methods of construction, energy performance and occupier comfort, This Land will be commencing work on a number of new sites during 2021.
The company is currently on site at Cityglades in Cambridge where it is constructing a collection of 14 stylish homes. The new homes are visually striking and will provide low environmental impact living that combines the latest in home technology with carefully chosen materials that reflect the surrounding countryside. This approach of reflecting the local environment whilst blending modern living, is something that will define This Land and its future developments.
To help raise the company’s profile, This Land has appointed Fabrick to manage both its trade PR and media relations as well as local press. The agency will also be supporting the company on community engagement relating to planning proposals for future developments.
