Proposal Submitted for 90 New Sustainable Homes in March

We have recently submitted planning applications for three new housing developments in March, Cambridgeshire, at Norwood Road, Queens Street, and land off of Hereward Hall. Incorporating a mix of family and starter homes, these contemporary dwellings have been designed to provide flexible living space and will benefit from low-cost non-fossil fuel heating.

The developments at Norwood Road and land off of Hereward Hall will feature a range of spacious two, three, and four bedroom homes, whilst the scheme at Queens Street will include a mix of two and three bedroom properties.

Our proposals come after extensive consultation with the local community, including an exhibition in June 2019 where residents had the opportunity to view our plans and pose questions to our project team.

Commenting on our exciting plans, David Gelling, our Managing Director, says: “March is a thriving community with a real need for new high-quality housing and I am proud that we can be part of the solution. Our proposals will take underutilised land and deliver much-needed eco-friendly homes for residents – from first time buyers to families.”
