Grain Connect, the hyperfast broadband provider, is to partner with This Land™ on future schemes across Cambridgeshire. Offering one gigabit full-fibre broadband, in Cambridge, one of the fastest growing city economies in the UK.
The partnership deal will see Grain deliver a hyperfast congestion-free new build fibre connection to This Land’s™ design-led developments. Grain also expects to offer the same level of connection to neighbouring homes, hospitals and schools outside of the development, working closely with the local community to improve connectivity. Focused on creating sustainable neighbourhoods, This Land™ plans to develop around 1600 new homes within the next five years. The developments are designed to complement the local environment and bring tangible benefits to existing communities.
