Beach Farm demolition makes way for two family homes in a rural setting

Demolition work has commenced at Beach Farm in Landbeach. The project will see the demolition of an existing farm house and the construction of two detached family homes. The development will be known as the Acacias.

As part of This Land’s sustainability pledge, as much of the demolition material and spoil will be diverted from landfill and repurposed through recycling and reuse.

The Acacias will comprise of two, high quality detached family properties, set in an idyllic village location.

Clearing the site

Set back from the main road, the four- and five-bedroom properties include detached double garages and spacious gardens.

The homes will be constructed using traditional materials and feature buff brickwork, render and natural slate on the roofs.

These substantially spaced properties have been carefully designed to reflect their village location while offering the best of modern living. Inside they will benefit from modern kitchens and bathrooms, large proportioned rooms, and bedrooms arranged to benefit from the rural views.
